This is my house in Lawrence Kansas, where my family lives.
We built the house when I was in 4th grade, so it really means a lot
to me. My sister and I have our handprints in the drive way and everything. It
was designed to be a very child friendly home and it certainly served its job
over the years. My favorite part, is that I actually got to put my bed IN the wall,
like a cave kind of. It was also really cool to see the other houses in my
neighborhood grow. When we first moved here we were one of 2 houses on our
street, and now there are no empty lots….. (whoops I think I just said I liked
urban sprawl)
