Cafe Du Monde is located in New Orleans. I really like how the cafe is an open building. You can walk in from the sidewalk to a table. The waiters and waitresses are lined up and relaxing until they see that you need to be served. This creates a friendly and causal atmosphere. I like it has a open arms feel towards the public, and as a tourist, I felt like it was a great way to promote public interaction.
