MWood

I passed through Tulsa one weekend this semester, and drove through some areas downtown that used to be familiar to me.  This was where I got my High School Senior pictures taken.  Jurick studios. It looks closed now, but I always loved the structure.  It used to be a home, and had many different staging areas for photos.

Since the studio looked closed I looked around the area and found more unused, dilapidated structures.

I found several small buildings that were obviously updated recently.  This building is following the Art Deco feel sometimes associated with downtown Tulsa.

This one has more of a cottage feel, and all three buildings are adjacent to each other.
Interesting intersection

It is interesting to visit familiar places that no longer seem familiar.
