This is my Aunt & Uncle’s house. And YES! It is
completely round. They built this them selves over the past 2 years. It came in
a kit actually; I believe it is called Deltec Homes. It went up at least 10X
faster than I have seen any house ever built. It is amazingly energy efficient.
They have bamboo floors, aluminum shingles, made from 95% recycled products,
and have a geothermal system. The idea of a kit like this is awesome. You
pretty much have the outside (round) shape, and then get to completely design
your floor plan. The company sends out a specialist who puts it together, along
with a small team. This makes for a very simple, yet personalized home that is
good for the environment and soft on the eyes.
