Tianjin is in northern China near Beijing. Tianjin is a big city just like Beijing, and it is a coastal city. So this city is really different from its neighbor.
There are many buildings built in 1920s in the old town. These building were usually built for officers or celebrities. At that time, these building were usually built with Western style, which is different from traditional wooden buildings. We can see carved pillars arched windows and brown bricks.
This city is brilliant when is night. Around the river, old buildings and modern buildings are all illuminated by bright colorful neon light. It is really relax to hang out around the shoresides at nights.
