Madison Square Garden - Benjamin Colbert
The last time I visited New York City I stayed in a hotel across the street from Madison Square Garden. This is probably the busiest place I have ever been to. There are a lot of people circulating around the building. The building its self isn't all that impressive, other than its size. Directly in front of the venue is the Penn Station. The subway can be felt vibrating the concrete at the entrance of the building, which is a really weird feeling. My favorite aspect of the building were the vertical columns, which I think pulled the facade into a cohesive structure. Without the columns the building would have been extremely ugly. I also don't like the color used on the facade.
