This is a cool office building in downtown Austin. It is pretty simple but I like how open the bottom looks and how there is a variation in the window designs. It seems much less stuffy than some of the other office buildings you see downtown. It also kind of offers pedestrians some shade by providing an open bottom area to walk under.
