The Library of Congress is a great example of combining history, functionality, and good looking architecture. You can tell nothing was left out of this building in its construction. What I liked the most about the building is the ceilings, which you can see somewhat in this picture. They make you feel like you are in another world as you walk through, taking you to another time.
