Lindbergh Field in San Diego, California is one of the most dangerous airports. Not because of the pattern entries or close vicinity to downtown but due to the amount of traffic that frequents the airport. The airport only has one runway and gets 550 flights a day. It is the busiest one runway commercial airport in the country.
