Dale Hall Hallway - Laurel Lamb

This is a hallway in the basement of Dale Hall.  I have spent a lot of time in this hallway because, as an anthropology major, a lot of my classes have been scheduled in a classroom in this hallway.  As is obvious in the picture, it is not a pleasant place to hang out while waiting for classes.

There is little seating to begin with, but honestly, I'd rather sit on the floor sometimes.  The wooden benches aren't comfortable.  The stained, bland carpet isn't the greatest seating arrangement either, but it's slightly more comfortable.

Other than the seating, there are no windows to let in sunlight since it's in the basement.  Maybe it would be okay to not have windows anywhere in sight, except that there really isn't anything else in the area that is remotely appealing to the eye.

Sadly, in my opinion, the only thing this hallway has going for it is the vending machines.  I feel like Dale Hall in general doesn't have much in terms of places to hangout while waiting for class.  I think this is unfortunate because a lot of students do have classes here.
