This is the Blue Dome in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It's located in area called the Blue Dome District named after its structure. It has pretty good nightlife scene in Tulsa with bars and clubs and then the Brady Arts district just North of it. The Blue Dome used to be an art deco gas station built in the 1920's. Nowadays its office space, but still a very unique building in the downtown area.
